A dry ceiling doesn't tell you everything about your roof after a storm.

If you noticed missing roofing material, displaced roof edges or branch impacts after Isaias, an inspection can help determine what happened and whether repairs are needed. Stay on the ground and leave roof access to a qualified professional.

Our newest article explains what to look for and what a documented roof inspection should include.

Starting another tile roof today — and Rosie decided she needed to come along for the morning jobsite inspection. 🐶🏠

She checked out the material, made sure everything was running smoothly, and so far has found no major concerns.

Rosie have the 👍on everything!

We’ll share some progress as this one starts coming together.

Three contractors look at the same roof. Three estimates come back. Somehow, they’re thousands of dollars apart.

That doesn’t always mean someone is overcharging. They may be pricing entirely different scopes of work.

One estimate may include proper underlayment, flashing, ventilation, decking allowances, permits and a real workmanship warranty. Another may include shingles and a low starting number, with the expensive details left for later.

The cheapest estimate can still be the right one—but only after you confirm what is actually included.

Our new article explains how to compare roofing estimates line by line before choosing a contractor:
