Move over Joe Rogan, lol, here is my first podcast appearance. Thanks to Phil Kean Design Group for the opportunity to talk about my little slice of the landscape and design industry. This podcast mainly focusses on our single family projects but the philosophy transcends many design fields. It is good info for clients as well as young professionals. It’s good for allied professionals that may have questions about what landscape architects can add to your design team.

It’s a great day today. Besides being National Landscape Architects Day, we poured the foundation for our new design studio and display garden. We are very excited and this has been a long time coming. Stop by anytime to check it out. We are in the heart of Fern Park and would love to share our plans. This will be different. Stay tuned.

Watching the Olympic closing ceremony brings back great memories from my 2018 visit to the Verona Coliseum while I was there on a business trip with and some long-time colleagues. This is the most complete of the remaining Roman coliseums ruins, I believe and the structure underneath is both magnificent and full of crazy history.

Super proud of our son Beck making it into Landscape Architecture Magazine this month 💪 He loves his job in Charlotte at LandDesign and he is gaining lots of valuable experience.
