Our FK Architecture and FK Interiors teams were proud to join The NRP Group and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of this 88-unit affordable housing community. Alora Lofts will provide quality housing for individuals and families while offering amenities that promote connection, wellness, and everyday living. The year was 1996. Internet was dial-up. Construction documents were plotted on paper. Digital photography wasn’t yet common. And a young architect named Ken Linehan was beginning his career with FK. Thirty years later, the tools may have changed, but the values that define great architecture and great leadership remain the same. Through decades of industry evolution, economic cycles, changing technologies, and firm growth, Ken has remained committed to thoughtful design, strong client relationships, and building opportunities for the next generation of professionals. Today, as Managing Principal and Director of Strategy, his influence can be seen not only in the communities we help create, but in the people and culture that continue to shape FK. Thank you, Ken, for 30 years of leadership, vision, and dedication.
