Parade of Homes Orlando Grand Award winner for Renovations, Winter Park Renovation reset every finish surface of a family home whose bones were already in the right place. Working with Truly Modern Interiors, the project added a scullery off the kitchen and connected the family room to the lanai through an 18-foot folding door. The kitchen anchors on a navy island in blue-veined stone under brass dome pendants, with a marble slab backsplash behind a brass-strapped custom hood.
