We're looking for a hardworking, reliable laborer looking to build a future with a growing small business, to join our crew!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting skilled craftsmen on premium deck and outdoor structure builds

Material handling, site prep, and cleanup

Supporting the crew through all phases of construction

What We're Looking For:

Dependable — shows up on time, every time

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Construction or labor experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
