Another big remodel in the books 🔥

We just wrapped up a full HVAC upgrade where we removed five 15–20 year old two-stage systems and replaced them with top-of-the-line Lennox 22 SEER variable capacity systems, paired with Signature Series furnaces for ultimate efficiency and comfort.

We also added two high-end Lennox mini-split systems to handle the garage and apartment spaces separately — giving the homeowner better control and flexibility where it matters most.

Customers compressor was grounded, but with warranty they got a new unit and elected to upgrade system to new refrigerant. We installed a new Goodman 17 seer two stage R 32 condenser with matching horizontal evaporator, cool and the dragonfly kit to make the furnace compatible. 🤌
