Storms don’t wait for daylight, and neither do we.

This roof was leaking along the seams and fasteners ,a super common issue on aging metal roofs.

This roof in Hattiesburg hadn’t been replaced since after Hurricane Katrina.

That’s something we’re seeing more and more, roofs installed around that time are now at or past the end of their lifespan. Most asphalt shingle roofs last around 15–20 years, and many from that period are now starting to fail.

From the ground, this one didn’t look terrible. But up close, the shingles were worn, granules were gone, and the roof was no longer providing reliable protection.
