We are seeking a motivated and dependable Spray Technician / Turf Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments to residential and commercial properties while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

**Requirements:**

* Must hold a General Standards or Turf & Ornamental Applicator License, or have the ability to obtain one
* Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
* Ability to pass a drug test
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow application guidelines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities:**

* Apply lawn care treatments safely and effectively
* Operate and maintain application equipment
* Communicate with customers in a professional manner
* Follow all state and company regulations regarding chemical application
* Keep accurate records of services performed
