Earlier this month, Rob Ward became one of only 50 foremen that were selected and completed the Quanta's Elite Foreman Leadership Training for 2026 out of a workforce of more than 80,000 people worldwide. That alone speaks to the caliber of leader Rob has become.
The Quanta Elite program recognizes foremen who exemplify five core pillars:
• Promotes a safe work environment
• Demonstrates strong mentorship characteristics
• Manages teams and projects efficiently
• Contributes deep and broad experience
• Remains accountable to self and crew
We also want to recognize something Rob's wife, Heather, put into words better than we ever could: the long days, the time away from home, and the sacrifices made along the way to reach a moment like this. Achievements like this one don't happen in isolation. They're built on the support of the families standing behind our crews every single day.
Congratulations, Rob. This recognition is well earned and so is the pride your family feels in it.

Last week, he was 1 of only 50 men to complete Quanta’s Elite Foreman Leadership Training.
Being selected as an Elite Foreman is a huge accomplishment, but when you consider that Quanta Services employs more than 80,000 people across the U.S. and around the world, it really puts into perspective just how big of an honor this is.
But what makes me the most proud isn't just the title or the recognition. It's knowing everything it has taken to get here.
I see the long days, the time away from home, the missed moments, the exhaustion, and the sacrifices he makes to provide for our family and continue building a career he has worked incredibly hard for. There are a lot of things people don't see behind an accomplishment like this. I do.
I've watched the dedication he puts into his work, the responsibility he carries, and the kind of leader he has worked to become. He has earned every bit of this recognition.
He would probably never make a big deal out of himself, so I'll gladly do it for him.
Congratulations to my husband, Quanta Elite Foreman. I am so incredibly proud of you and everything you've sacrificed to get here. You earned this.
