This is the picture Jay Clouatre Sr. sent me last night at 11:00 PM.

It may just look like an AC unit, a flashlight, and a few tools sitting on top, but to me, this picture says everything about the man behind Jay’s Heating & Cooling.

Jay had been up since 5:00 that morning. That’s an 18-hour day, and he was still out there taking care of a customer because that’s just who he is.

When we say we serve our community, we mean it. We don’t just say the right things or talk a good game. This is what it looks like behind the scenes: late nights, long days, tired hands, and a heart that truly cares about getting families comfortable again.
