What’s one thing every beautiful home in the Parade of Homes has in common?

They all started with a set of plans.

Before the beautiful kitchens, custom finishes, and thoughtfully designed spaces, every home began as lines on paper. And turning those lines into a home you can actually picture isn't always easy.

That's exactly why Walk Your Plans Madison exists.

We give you the opportunity to walk through your floor plans at actual size, before construction begins. You can experience the layout, understand how rooms connect, and make sure the spaces you've imagined feel right for the way you live.

It's a beautiful day to get out and enjoy the Fall Parade of Homes!

Stop by and see us in the garage of the Kippley Custom Carpentry Parade home. we'd love to tell you more about Walk Your Plans Madison, answer your questions, and give you a chance to enter our giveaway for a FREE one-hour walkthrough at our showroom.

It's hard to know how your new home will feel just by looking at a floor plan.

At Walk Your Plans Madison, you can walk through your layout at full scale before construction starts, see what works, and figure out what you might want to change.

Come visit our showroom! We'd love to show you how it works and help you feel more confident about your plans.

If you're a dog person, you get it.

We plan our days around them, rearrange our furniture for them, and somehow end up sleeping on the edge of our own beds because they're too comfortable to move.

So naturally, when it's time to plan a new home, their needs are part of the conversation, too.

We recently had some four-legged company at Walk Your Plans Madison, and the tail wagging was nonstop! There were crate locations to check, sleeping arrangements to inspect, and, of course, a bed to claim.

We absolutely loved seeing the whole family get involved in planning their future home.

After all, it's their home, too. ❤️

Change orders during construction? Those can get expensive FAST.

At Walk Your Plans Madison, we help you experience your floor plans at full scale BEFORE construction begins, giving you the opportunity to catch layout issues, rethink decisions, and make adjustments before they become costly changes.

Because while we can't promise you'll save billions (obviously 😉), we can help you make more confident decisions before you build.

Walk it before you build it.

We love seeing builders bring Walk Your Plans Madison into their process!

It’s a great example of putting the client experience first and giving homeowners another opportunity to make confident decisions before those decisions become costly changes in the field.

We loved having the Macktown team in our showroom and are excited to be part of what they’re building!
