The most common thing we hear before a roof replacement: "I didn't think it was that bad."

Granule loss, soft spots along the ridge, and lifted edges at the drip line are all signs that are invisible from the ground and only show up clearly during an inspection. By the time a roof is visibly failing from the driveway, the underlying damage is usually significant.

If your roof is over 15 years old and hasn't been inspected since it was installed, that is the only information you need to schedule one.
