This refinish was a good bit of stress due to the uneven substrate below. In addition the sentimental value was very present for the client.
These historic lake houses are not for the faint of heart. Medium brown with natural water based sealer topped with 2 thick coats of 2k commercial finishes. #

I’m really loving this traditional red oak strip floor with a coat of Nordic and 2 natural water based finish coats. This condo was stair treads, new installation and a good bit of refinishing…. Grateful for the process
