Keeping Madison's history alive through design is always special to us. Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown gave a 1915 industrial landmark a whole new chapter without losing the character that made it worth saving in the first place.

Honored to accept AIA Wisconsin's Special Recognition in Adaptive Reuse for this project. Bringing a historic vision like this to life takes incredible passion, coordination, and detail work, and we couldn't have asked for a better team of consultants and partners to work alongside.

The smiles say it all.

Last Friday, our team headed to the AIA Wisconsin Awards Gala, and we came away with 3 of the 17 awards given out across the state! We’re celebrating Merit Awards for the Exact Sciences Discovery Campus and ONE09, as well as Special Recognition in Adaptive Reuse for Hotel Indigo.

Nights like this are always a great reminder of why we do what we do, but the real credit goes to our incredible clients, project partners, and design team who brought these spaces to life.
