Meet the designer behind the project: Jenna Bader, Senior Designer with Dream House Dream Kitchens

This whole-house remodel was built on the existing new-construction home framework to smartly add details that elevate the home to meet the homeowner’s desires. Cabinets by Dream House Dream Kitchens throughout the home, across an array of styles and finishes, add a distinct voice to each room while maintaining a transitional style for a visually cohesive home. The details are refined down to each drawer, with a mix of framed full-inset and full-overlay frameless cabinetry in colors such as white oak, beige, walnut, or “nightfall” blue—different shades that, with a skilled interior designer like Jenna, can mix into their own elegant color palette.

But cabinetry in any exceptionally designed home is more than just a beautiful accessory to look at—each set serves a unique functional purpose. In the kitchen, the butler’s pantry has a large custom larder cabinet for serving, storage, and prep space, and custom shelving units with integrated corbel details are showcased in the nearby storage pantry. The mudroom’s uniform appeal in a soft sage green—produced by a mix of maple-painted greige and a custom white oak finish—also makes it a perfect landing space to come and go from the house, with an abundance of storage for shoes, jackets, and anything else the family needs.

Cozy, lived-in interiors with a perfect family feel can be achieved through modern design touches. Soft neutrals and browns are easy on the eye, while warm lighting from the ceiling to under the cabinets keeps the space bright but welcoming. A brick-lined wall faces the opening to the living room, outlined by exposed wood beams for a true cabin-escape feel. There’s ample seating and lounging space, the perfect backdrop for lifelong family memories—whether through dinners, late-night sips, or gatherings around the piano.

The expansive bathroom continues this warm design, centered around a large copper bathtub. An elevated brick wall next to the soaking tub adds natural texture, warmth, and visual contrast, perfectly paired with a simple decorative window. Nearby, a large standing shower hosts a large round rainfall showerhead mounted overhead, paired with a matching handheld shower wand on an adjustable slide bar for flexibility and comfort. Matched with a large, double-sink vanity stretching across two walls, this bathroom is the perfect oasis for a comfortable and luxurious home.
