Our Lead Carpenter, Abi, led this remodel to reconfigure, personalize, and open up the existing kitchen. With this new layout, we could relocate mechanicals to avoid disturbing finished spaces below and accommodate the new layout. The new Marmoleum floor is both attractive and easier to clean and maintain than tile. Functionality was also improved, with the range hood now venting outside to improve air quality, fire safety, and moisture control.
