🚧 Project Highlight:
Gage Marine Shop Expansion – Delavan, WI 🚧

We’re excited to share progress on our latest project with Gage Marine in Delavan, Wisconsin! The team at Sullivan designBUILD is currently erecting a 12,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building to expand Gage Marine’s service shop. Steel er****on is now 50% complete, and the project is on track for substantial completion in November 2025.

Gage Marine has been a staple in the Lake Geneva area for over 150 years, providing exceptional boat sales, service, storage, and in-water pier services. SdB is proud to partner with them on this project!

We're proud to showcase one of our latest completed remodels — Rosen Kia in Milwaukee, now home to one of the first Kia Gallery Showrooms in the U.S.!

✨ This cutting-edge renovation features:
• Over 7,000 sq ft of reimagined space including a modern showroom, inviting lounge, and functional sales offices
• A brand-new Service Drive with 3 vehicle bays equipped with hi-speed roll-up doors for efficiency and flow

From concept to completion, the Sullivan designBUILD team delivered a sleek, customer-focused environment built for both performance and style.

Exciting Progress at North Fish Hatchery HUB! 🏗️✨

The North Fish Hatchery HUB is taking shape in Fitchburg, right across from Nine Springs Golf Course! Framing is complete, roofing is almost done, and windows are starting to go in. This summer, the community will see even more come to life with a bike course, playground, and basketball court in the works.

🎉 Exciting news! We recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for the Inspire Early Childhood Learning addition! 🎀

With the help of many little helpers, we officially unveiled this new 10,005 sq. ft. space that adds 7 new classrooms for our 2-4 year olds.

We’re so proud to partner with Inspire Early Childhood on this project, fostering a brighter future for our youngest learners! 🌟📚

Inspire Early Childhood Learning, Childcare addition is well underway!

Construction began in January. This 10,005 sq.ft. addition will create 7 new classrooms for 2-4 year olds. But shhhh 🤫 there are 40 children napping during this construction process. We'll work as hard as we can, with completion at end of August to welcome new children in the fall 🤩

We gathered to commemorate Inspire Early Childhood 10,000 square foot Expansion; it will include 6 new classrooms. There were many happy faces young and old! We are proud to partner on this project! 🙂
