Perched 6 floors up, atop Eash Washington Ave, on the isthmus is our latest completed project, "The Perch". It has quickly become Madison's most popular rooftop retreat. Indoors you'll get that custom wooden boat vibe, with a little retro flair. Outdoors you get a vibrant tiki bar with a regatta vibe, overlooking the isthmus, the Yahara River and glimpses of both lakes. It was a blast to work with architect Jacob Morrison again, and visionary Chad Vogel on his latest creation.
