Building the future of the electrical trade starts with giving the next generation a chance to experience it firsthand. ⚡

A big thank you to our crews who volunteered their time at Kids Building WI and She Builds WI this year.

At Kids Building WI, our team spent the weekend helping kids and their families explore the electrical trade through hands-on circuit boards, Westphal & Company and Globalcom Technologies coloring sheets, and hard hat stickers.

At She Builds WI, our crew led an Intro to Electrical session where campers built circuits and learned how the activity connects to the work electricians do every day.

It’s one thing to explain the trades. It’s another to put the tools in someone’s hands and let them see how it all works.

We’re proud of our team for sharing their time, experience, and knowledge with the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

A big milestone for Milwaukee—and one we’re proud to be part of! ☀️

Our team was excited to attend the ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of the largest solar energy project in the City of Milwaukee’s history.

Westphal & Company served as the General Contractor of the 5.937 MW DC array featuring 9,576 solar modules across approximately 15 acres of a former landfill near Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Because the site is a capped landfill, the project uses a ballasted racking system that secures the array without penetrating the landfill cap—giving previously unused land a new purpose.

We’re proud of our team, proud to have played a role in this unique project, and excited to celebrate its completion! 👏

We’re hiring Project Managers. ⚡

When Eliah Marcus joined Westphal & Company, he was looking for “somewhere I could keep growing, take on different challenges, and build my career.”

Since then, he’s worked across design-build, service, commercial, and industrial projects, continuing to learn and strengthen his skills along the way.

We recently sat down with Eliah and asked what he likes most about working here. His answer? “People are always willing to help out, answer questions, or work through something with you.”

That support, along with monthly PM trainings and opportunities to take on new challenges, has helped him continue growing in his role.

If you’re a Project Manager looking for challenging work, a strong team, and room to grow, Westphal & Company is hiring!

Before joining Westphal & Company, Senior Project Manager John Eichorst did his homework. ✏️

“I actually talked to several electrical supply houses and got their independent opinions about a few of the contractors I was interviewing with.

Westphal consistently had a strong reputation with the people I talked to, and that carried a lot of weight with me.”

John was also looking for the opportunity to take on larger, more challenging projects, work across different markets, and keep learning from the people around him.

⚡ We’re looking for more Project Managers who want the same.

If you’re ready for bigger projects, more variety, and a team that knows how to get the work done, apply today: https://wstphl.co/880a70
