Our construction business has done too many remodeling and business build outs!! We have an abundance of leftover materials, supplies and stuff. I just couldn’t put some of it in the dumpster. Please text me if you’re interested in leftover sinks tile windows, drop ceilings, plywood, and paint ceiling fans, and miscellaneous parts also. Nothing is free. Everything is cheap. It all has to go. We’re donating half the proceeds to the LVM Neigbher association and using the rest on our shop and Neigbher type projects (little libraries, work with the school etc..)

We are well-versed in Saint Vinny’s, Goodwill, and the habitat restore. We are frequent visitors and donators to all of them. We don’t need any help or support in that regard. Thank you in advance for any other suggestions.

My construction and remodeling business is scaling and we need more hands! Mainstay is looking for skilled rough and finish carpenters, drywallers and painters, and other remodelers with 1-to-3+ years of experience. If you know anyone send them my way! Another 90%-er, not nearly has big a project as the basement we just shared, but just as important. This is the only bathroom in a house being readied for a young family moving across country to their new home in Monona. This family trusted us to get this bathroom ready for them in less than a month. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but this house was full of dangerous materials and poorly done remodeling that had to be undone first. At Mainstay we pride ourselves on doing things right regardless of the work it takes.
