Footings can be a total mess… especially in the spring.

Instead of digging holes and pouring traditional concrete footings, we use a jackhammer and steel rods to install Diamond Pier footings (basically creating a tree-root-like structure underground).

It’s engineered to resist frost heave in the winter and as you can see, it lets us work cleaner and faster, so you can enjoy your deck sooner.

⚠️ No one-size-fits-all deck exists. ⚠️

That’s why we design around how you actually use your space.

These “mistakes” are really just unintended consequences we like to help homeowners avoid. But if you love a design feature enough, it might be worth the trade-off (and that’s totally fine too)!

Cable railing isn’t cheap.

It can run close to 2x the cost of aluminum.

So we don’t just throw it everywhere.

On the main deck? Worth it. The view is the whole point.

On the stairs? You’re not standing there soaking in the lake.

So we used aluminum that coordinates with the cable posts and keeps the look clean.

Same durability. Smarter allocation.

Especially when the process is THIS enjoyable!

Straight from our Google reviews, here's what our client, Nia, had to say...

"Aaron was aware of our desires and budget and guided us through our choices.

The old deck removal was easily accomplished with his professional team.

The construction crew were polite, answered our many questions, and kept us updated on the progress.

They were respectful of the yard and surrounding landscape.

Worksite was cleaned up and organized daily allowing us full use of our driveway and garage.

We made some changes from the initial plan which were incorporated seamlessly without additional costs.

Overall, this was a most positive experience from start to finish.

I WILL NEVER PAINT A DECK AGAIN! THANKS, 3rd Gen."

TimberTech's "Cypress" hasn’t been our most popular color over the years...

But lately? It’s picking up steam.

And honestly, we get it.

It's not only made of high quality PVC, it also closely resembles traditionally stained wood without having to bust out your rollers every spring!

What do you think? Would you choose it for your home?

Some contractors will resurface a worn-out deck with composite or PVC. We won’t.

Those materials are heavier and require tighter joist spacing to support them properly. Even if your framing looks fine, that doesn’t mean it’s built to carry a 30–50 year product.

We overbuild our structures for a reason. If the decking is designed to last decades, but the framing underneath is destined to fail sooner, what’s the point?

Now, if your deck was recently built and you’re just looking to upgrade, we may be able to work with the existing framing and reinforce where needed. But we won’t promise that until we see it.

Bottom line: if a contractor is willing to put high-end materials on top of well-aged framing without addressing the structure, maybe don’t listen to them.

Maybe call us instead.

Same room. Completely different feel.

Swipe to see before we added finishing touches on this gorgeous 3-season room (and why the homeowner was so happy with how it turned out).

Composite decking doesn't have to break the bank...

Boards with scalloped undersides (like the TimberTech Terrain+ shown here) use less material, meaning you can save money while still getting a deck that looks great and lasts for decades!
