Project Spotlight – Corktown Detroit
This historic Corktown home received a full interior transformation. We painted both bedrooms, both hallways, stairs, spindles, stringer, dining room, family room, living room, and kitchen—along with all doors, ceilings, and trim.
We also stripped, sanded, and stained the upstairs hardwood floors.
After over a month of detailed craftsmanship, the homeowner was beyond grateful for the results. Below are the before and after photos showcasing the transformation.

I still have to take finished photos. As we have since put furniture and decorated the walls with history Detroit photos and antiques. The next project will be the beautiful courtyard. Sprucing that and the front outer garden beds. In talks to maybe redo the paint and steps on the outside front deck. Along with replacing the privacy fence gate and a few other exterior projects this spring. Later next fall, we plan. To renovate the other duplex as this historic home is an old styled duplex bungalow and is absolutely beautiful. But hopefully with these photos and the many more to come you can see the love my team and mine put into our work. Not only is my personal touch and heart is put into every project but as projects come and go almost every customer seems to impact me in some way that continues to move our friendship onward to many more beautifully done projects.
