Building while a campus remains in operation takes careful planning, communication, and coordination. Our teams work alongside school staff, trade partners, and project stakeholders to keep construction activities organized while supporting the daily needs of the campus.

From designated construction areas to clear site access points, we work to maintain separation from campus activities and minimize disruption to students, staff, and daily operations.

It’s a different kind of construction environment, and one our teams know well!

Safety is part of every day’s work.

Gavin Scragg, ICB Construction Group’s Assistant Superintendent at Houston STEM and Career Academy, works alongside our project team to maintain a safe, organized job site. Whether he’s walking the site, checking in with crews, or coordinating with trade partners, Gavin helps keep safety front and center.

We’re proud to have leaders like Gavin who make safety a daily habit and help protect everyone on our job sites.
