⚠️ Storm Update – Central Illinois ⚠️
After the storms that moved through on March 10, 2026, I’ve been checking several homes in Pekin, Havana, Tremont, and nearby communities, and we’re already seeing signs of damage from the wind and hail.
Some of the most common things homeowners are noticing:
• Shingles blown off roofs
• Pieces of siding in the yard
• Dents in gutters and downspouts
• Shingle granules washing out near downspouts
A lot of times storm damage isn’t obvious from the ground, so many homeowners don’t realize there’s an issue until months later when leaks start.
If you live near Pekin, Illinois, Havana, Illinois, or Tremont, Illinois, it may be worth doing a quick walk around your home just to be safe.
If anyone wants help checking things out, I’m happy to take a look and point out anything I see so you know what you’re dealing with.
Stay safe everyone and keep an eye out for your neighbors too
