Building for rent! Located on North Prairie Ave in Macomb IL. 30x70 plus bathroom. Renter will have rights to the parking area between building and prairie Ave but we will still be using the back area of the property for trailer/equipment storage. Water, gas, trash and electric are the responsibility of the renter. Building has new (4 year old) heaters that will take the shop from 40 to 70 in about 10 minutes. Commercial zoned but we have a restriction that we won’t allow plant/nursery sales or detail shop from the location. We will be removing the rest of our business equipment in the next couple weeks, sooner if rented. $1,300 per month rent with $1,000 deposit required. We will take care of the mowing.
