Avon Collection

09/08/2026

We’re excited to see The Avon Collection featured in the September issue of Rochester City Lifestyle and honored to be part of the Rochester Hills community, bringing refined luxury new construction to the market.

Built by Stonecrest II Building Co., The Avon Collection reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and attention to every detail.

For builder Sam Leone, that commitment comes down to doing things the right way: “I look at the house like I’m going to live in it. Quality and doing it the right way are what’s important.”

As Nicole Ulewicz shares in the feature, “What makes these so special is that they’re not production specs. They’re custom homes that just happen to be available for purchase.”

Explore “Building with Intention” on pages 20–23 of the September issue, or read the full article online: https://citylifestyle.com/rochestermi/issues/2026-09
