The transformation of this 1900-era two-family property is fully illustrated by the project’s before-and-after documentation. We executed a comprehensive exterior renovation that involved removing two layers of existing siding, adjusting the roofline, and demolishing and rebuilding the side porch, including its roof and deck. Decorative attic windows were replaced with modern vinyl units, and the rear chimney was removed and sided over. As the project scope expanded, we addressed additional structural requirements, including the restoration of a rotted side roof section and the replacement of the front porch deck and entry door. Both porches were finished with vinyl beadboard soffits and integrated LED recessed lighting.
