Most epoxy failures happen before the epoxy ever touches the floor.

This coating uses a 1:1 mix ratio, but getting the mix right is only part of the process. The real goal is creating a surface that resists oil stains, hot tire pickup, and everyday wear.

Most epoxy floor failures don’t happen because of the coating… they happen because of poor prep.

Before we install any epoxy floor, we grind the entire surface to open up the concrete and create a true mechanical bond.

Without grinding, epoxy can’t properly adhere to the floor, which leads to peeling, chipping, and failure over time.

That’s why we never skip the grinding process and never take shortcuts on our installs. A long-lasting epoxy floor starts before the coating even goes down.
