❤️ BOSS APPRECIATION POST ❤️

Being the boss doesn’t always mean sitting behind a desk and telling everyone else what to do. Sometimes it means putting the work shirt on, grabbing the tools, and running calls all weekend long right alongside your crew.

We want to take a minute to give some appreciation to Rowdy.

No matter what gets thrown his way, he does whatever it takes to get the job done. Long days, late nights, weekends, difficult calls you name it. If someone needs help, he’s there.

But one of the things that deserves the most recognition is how much he worries about everyone else. His employees, his customers, his family he is constantly making sure everyone around him is taken care of, appreciated, and has what they need, many times before worrying about himself.

This weekend was another reminder that Rowdy will never ask his guys to do something he isn’t willing to get out there and do himself. The boss still runs calls. The boss still gets dirty. The boss still puts in the hours.

Building Rowdy’s AC takes a whole team, but we’re pretty thankful for the man who continues to lead that team by example.

Thank you, Rowdy, for everything you do behind the scenes and out in the field. A lot of it may go unnoticed, but it definitely doesn’t go unappreciated. ❤️💙

A 10-CENT SCREW TURNED INTO A COSTLY REPAIR! 🔩

This past weekend, we went out to a customer’s home because their AC had stopped cooling.

After inspecting the system, we found the problem: a small screw had worked itself loose over time and began rubbing against a copper refrigerant line. Eventually, it rubbed a hole through the copper, allowing the refrigerant to leak out.

Something as simple as a 10-cent screw ended up causing a much bigger—and more expensive—problem.

-This is exactly why routine AC maintenance matters.

During a maintenance visit, we inspect your system for loose components, rubbing lines, wear and tear, and other small issues that can turn into BIG repairs if they aren’t caught early.

Could maintenance have prevented this particular failure? Possibly and catching that loose screw early could have saved this customer a major headache.
