Our subs get paid on the same day every week. Rain or shine.

The best trade crews in East Texas can pick any builder they want. They pick the one whose check shows up like clockwork.

This isn't generosity — it's business. A sub who trusts your money puts your job first, answers on the first ring, and sends his A-crew. The builder who pays late doesn't save a dime. He just rents his subs' loyalty to whoever pays on time.

What keeps YOUR best sub coming back — or what made you lose one?

When you board a plane, you put your life in the pilot's hands. You don't inspect the engines. You trust the person up front.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to at Pilot Construction — and the name is literal. Craig is a second-generation pilot and a second-generation builder, and he and Christian are both private pilots.

When a family hands us their lot, their plans, and their life savings, they're boarding our plane. They can't inspect every pier, every beam, every wire — so they trust us to get them home safe.

What does trust look like to you when you're hiring someone for the biggest investment of your life?
