We’re excited to share that Kirk Baisch, UMC’s Safety Director, has joined the Safety and Health, The Construction Safety Organization Advisory Board, with UMC also joining as a founding member. Kirk brings nearly 30 years of construction safety and health experience to the role, along with a practical, boots-on-the-ground perspective from the mechanical contracting industry.

It’s an opportunity to share what works, learn alongside others in our industry, and keep pushing for safer jobsites for everyone.

This week at the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE) Fall Conference, UMC's Building Performance Specialist, Miles Gordon joined industry leaders for a panel discussion on Using Analytics to Extend Asset Life: Predictive Maintenance.

As facility owners and operators look for ways to maximize performance while managing budgets, predictive maintenance is changing how building systems are maintained and optimized. By leveraging building data and analytics, we can gain deeper insight into equipment performance, prioritize investments, and extend the life of critical assets.
