We are looking for a motivated, self sufficient, person who enjoys being challenged to grow. Experience in the landscape/hardscape field is preferable.

Typical Schedule:
M-F 7am-5:30pm
NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!
Typical Job Tasks:
- Site layout and site work (Through understanding of elevations, dimensions, grading, drainage, compaction, etc.)
- Landscape installations. (Planting, sod installations, boulder work, etc.)
- Hardscape installations. (Patios, steps, walls, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pool decking, etc.)
- Landscape lighting.
- Machine and truck operation. Clean License Required (Excavator, compact track loader, etc.)
We are looking for a leader that works alongside a team of 2-3 other crew members. You will be responsible for co-leading jobs from start to finish. You will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and on budget. We employ state of the art equipment and technology,, so you will have what you need to complete your projects smoothly and efficiently.
We are NOT looking for: Know it alls, bad attitudes, laziness. I'm telling you, you won't last a day here. We are a humble team of compassionate humans. We focus on teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration.
