When you get a alert that your business received another review... 😎

If we have provided service for you in the past, please leave a review as we just had a customer that did a AI search for a master bedroom/sunroom addition locally, and we were in the "Top 3" of results... 😁
We need to get to the🔝 and web designers say that the business with the most positive reviews get there!!!

Renovate Upstate Update... The things people will do for money 🤪
Greer, SC project where customer hired us for a bath renovation with objective to remove a bathtub and replace with a custom tiled shower. We pull the tub enclosure and find a 1 1/2" drain going straight down about 3' into concrete 😬
The only remedy was to cap the 1 1/2" drain and to open floor to access the 4" waste for the toilet so we could install a 2" shower drain... We made a little mess 😆
Also, we added a 6" light, switched above the shower, for much needed illumination💡
All ready for tile on Monday!

This has been a year of different repair requests... In the last few months we have removed garage doors and framed for windows & doors. Added new railings to an existing deck. Added a interior door in a to turn a extra room into a nursery for a expected mother ❤️. Added a transom window over a door to bring light into a dark hallway... If you dream it, no matter how small of project... Yes, we can do it!

We went all "Lazer" again on our Inman, SC whole house remodel, prepping for the next phase Master Bedroom suite addition.

If your house is on a septic system, all across the USA, you cannot add a bedroom to a residence without increasing septic system capacity. We are turning what yesterday, was bedroom, into a "open loft" area per the customers request. We started by removing the entry door (forgot to take a before picture of the door 😬) widening by 5" and re-jamb & case the opening. Next, we created a balcony overlook to open up the space... Now we have no need to address the septic system to permit our addition 😊.
