Another transformation complete! 🙌

We recently finished this cafeteria floor at Dillon Christian School using a custom flake blend created to match the school’s colors, and the results speak for themselves!

The old floor was coated with a cheap epoxy system that had reached the end of its life. It was badly worn, peeling, and flaking up in multiple areas, leaving the floor looking tired and unprofessional. After removing the failed coating and properly preparing the concrete, we installed a high-performance polyurethane coating system that’s built to last.

Unlike traditional epoxy, polyurethane offers better durability, superior UV stability, and greater resistance to wear, making it the perfect choice for a high-traffic environment like a school cafeteria.

If your concrete floors are peeling, fading, or failing, don’t settle for another low-quality coating. Invest in a system that’s made to perform for years to come.

From worn out to welcoming! 👏

This front porch had an old epoxy coating that had completely reached the end of its life. It had faded, yellowed from UV exposure, and the bond had failed so badly that large sections could literally be peeled up by hand.

After properly removing the failing coating and preparing the concrete the right way, we installed a Stone single-color flake polyurethane coating system. Unlike traditional epoxy, polyurethane offers superior UV stability, meaning it won’t yellow or fade from sun exposure like epoxy can. It’s also highly durable, flexible, and built to handle years of foot traffic while maintaining its appearance.

The result is a clean, modern, slip-resistant finish that completely transformed this home’s front porch and will continue looking great for years to come.

The difference between a coating that’s simply applied and one that’s installed with the right preparation and the right materials is night and day.

If your garage, porch, patio, or other concrete surfaces are peeling, fading, or looking tired, send us a message for a free estimate. We’d love to help transform your concrete!

Another project completed! 💪

We recently finished applying a single-color polyurethane floor coating in the warehouse of a local heating and air conditioning company. This floor was coated in Haze Grey, giving the space a clean, professional appearance while providing a durable, chemical-resistant surface that’s built to handle the demands of a busy work environment.

A quality floor coating not only improves the look of your facility but also makes it easier to clean and maintain for years to come.

If your warehouse, shop, garage, or commercial space is ready for an upgrade, we’d love to help. Contact us today for a free estimate!

Refined, durable, and built for the way a pool space should feel.

This pool deck was finished with a stonewash flake system, giving it a clean, seamless look with subtle texture and depth. Designed to handle constant sun, water, and foot traffic—without sacrificing appearance.

A balance of performance and aesthetics that elevates the entire space.

Just wrapped up this kennel in our Orbit flake system 🎯

This one came to us with multiple layers of old epoxy that were failing, peeling, and not holding up to the daily wear. We stripped it down, prepped it the right way, and installed a system that’s built to last.

Now it’s a clean, durable, easy-to-maintain surface that can handle claws, mess, and heavy traffic without breaking down.

At Katz Custom Concrete, we take pride in doing it right the first time. No shortcuts, no excuses—just solid work every time.

If you’re ready for a long-term solution, we’ve got you covered.
