We've opened up a lot of walls and found what the last person did. Wiring spliced somewhere it should never be. A support cut through to make room for a duct. Tile laid straight over a floor that was already failing underneath.

It all looked fine on the surface. It always looks fine on the surface.

Forty years of building homes means we know what's supposed to be behind the drywall, and what to do about it when it isn't.

Nobody wants to hear this, but a custom home takes longer than you think. 📅

Anybody promising you a fast build is either not telling you the whole truth or about to cut something you won't be able to see.

Permits take what they take. Concrete cures on its own schedule, not yours. Framing done right takes longer than framing done quick.

We'd rather give you a real timeline up front and then hit it, than tell you what you want to hear in month one and let you down in month eight.
