Throwback Thursday! Just over three years ago, we celebrated Codaris (CJ) Hayes’ promotion to paver operator.

A few weeks after that first picture was taken, he expressed interest in training on the mill.

Not only has CJ demonstrated a most natural aptitude for heavy equipment operation, but he has also shown emerging leadership skills.
