▪︎Customers must request an estimate and accept a written proposal during the promotion period.
▪︎The discount applies only to qualifying spray foam insulation projects contracted directly with FS Maverick Construction.
▪︎Project eligibility, discount amount, minimum job size, and scheduling are subject to inspection and written approval.
▪︎The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, prior proposals, or existing contracts unless approved in writing.
▪︎Deposits and payment terms remain subject to the executed proposal or contract.
Work may be scheduled after August 31, 2026, provided the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is paid before the promotion expires.
▪︎Additional work, repairs, removal, access preparation, permits, testing, or concealed-condition costs are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.
▪︎Offer is subject to crew availability, service-area limitations, weather, material availability, and applicable project conditions.
▪︎FS Maverick Construction reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion where permitted by law. Previously executed agreements will remain unchanged.
