Costly mistakes!
From the outside everything looked great, for years this beautiful lake home new home build was enjoyed by its owners who poured their hearts into the design.
But mistakes were made during the build process..
Windows were installed improperly and water was coming in and slowly rotting everything behind the siding..
When our team did a demo and discovery we found some horrible rot for this client.
Unfortunately the builder had since retired so there was nothing to be done but move on with repairs.
Our crew stepped in and replaced all the rot and windows, what a task!
