Landscaping & Lawn Care Foreman
Motyka Lawn Care, LLC is Hiring a Crew Foreman!
We are looking for an experienced, dependable Landscaping & Lawn Care Foreman to join our team and help lead daily operations.
Starting Pay: $17+/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license (required)
* Valid Chauffeurs license
* Minimum 2 years of lawn care and landscaping experience
* Leadership experience preferred
* Ability to operate landscaping equipment and trucks safely
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to lead by example
Job Duties:
* Lead and manage lawn care and landscaping crews
* Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
* Train and supervise crew members
* Operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
* Communicate professionally with customers
* Keep projects on schedule and maintain a clean job site
