We've had company on the roof this month. Two killdeer decided it was THE perfect place for a nest and laid 4 eggs. Luckily, it was in a corner just outside of our work area and they got used to us (and stopped squawking). This week, success! We arrived to an empty nest this week. Good luck, killdeer babies🙃

We are excited and proud to be installing this 116 kw grid-tied solar electric system for the Luck School District, which is our local school here in NW WI. We are also soooo very thankful to our associates at Next Step Energy in Eau Claire for their physical, technical and design assistance. And, of course, a big thanks to our Solar On Schools grant program groups: RENEW WI, the Midwest Renewable Energy Association and the Coulliard Foundation. Congratulations, Luck School District!

Let the season begin🌞. This was a solar electric "remove and replace modules" job for necessary roof work. (Technically, it already has begun, with the varied projects that fill our days. The scaffolding first went up in early April.)
