If anyone’s around to read this yet, IM BACK! My babies are born, postpartum behind me, and a full growing season to enjoy this year. Keep tuned in as I will be much more active this year and will be offering free produce when I have surplus available 😁 we may try revamping the garden to have raised beds before planting starts, we’ll see what we get done though. Hopefully, either way my cucumber, tomato, and bean sprouts will be protected by our fierce lil Pudd’n from these pesky pests around here 😅

Hey guys I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but I appreciate everybody that has taken the time to like the page. It was a VERY busy year of processing tomatoes and cucumbers galore! Unfortunately though, with my husband getting seriously sick at the beginning of harvest season I wasn’t as active with selling as I would have liked to have been. I have fresh peppermint, chives, and some sage left if anyone has any interest in coming out to get some.

Hey all!
If y’all were wondering what’s been going on here, I have been busy canning and weeding the garden since the beginning of this month. That being said if anyone is interested in some fresh marketmore cucumbers I have some large sized ones that are a bit too big for canning, but perfect for a cucumber salad or soup, or tea sandwiches. I try to keep it cheaper than the grocery stores as inflation is absolutely crazy! 2 cucumbers for $1, I can meet in Redwood Falls and/ or Marshall accordingly.

Thank you friends and family to my newest project. I got approved for a cottage vendor license so I can sell preserves and pastries at the local farmers market. To obtain this I had to have a business, so I created the Lucan Corner Kitchen. I intend to mainly work the farmers market in Redwood Falls, and possibly Marshall. I’m a bit behind in the season for getting everything arranged, but bear with me as I try to get on my feet. I expanded my garden to produce not just for my family but for a community as well. As I finalize my plans and as produce starts rolling in I will post which markets I will be at and when. Also if I have any specialty items for sale I will share as well. I’m also a fairly talented baker and artist and have decided to also give custom order baked goods a go. So if celebrating a graduation, anniversary, or birthday think of me please 😉
