Last week we had a fun time redoing rotted cedar fascia and adding some gutters to this beautiful home!
Being in construction, I’ve never understood why builders are putting flat cedar planks in place of traditional fascia, but here we are! 😅 I’ve seen so many newer homes in south Lubbock that are having rotting issues with these cedar planks. The only thing we can do is remove and replace it! It’s a fairly affordable way to add value to your home! If you’re noticing these issues, we’re your company to come in and get it replaced!
