Job Description:

Medina Utility Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Entry-Level Underground Construction Laborer to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. As part of our crew, you will assist in the installation of polyethylene pipes in trenches, gas line service installation, and tie-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading/unloading equipment, materials, and supplies for daily work.

Support leadership (Foreman and/or Supervisor) with various tasks.

Physical Qualifications:

Summary:

The Concrete/Asphalt Foreman has primary responsibilities for the day to day operations of the concrete/asphalt crew. Selection of required equipment to perform tasks in line with budgeted cost and production schedules is necessary. Safe and efficient production will be a primary concern of this position.

• Supervise, mentor and coach personnel as it relates to company policies and procedures and work requirements.
• Direct work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule.
• Perform on-site coordination of personnel, materials and equipment.

Experience:
