Today we honor the man who built the foundation—not just of our company, but of our family legacy, Rusty Patterson. Moving the earth a little at a time.
Founded in 1984, our company began with my grandpa’s vision, grit, and unmatched expertise in backhoe operation and dirt work, along with his wife Gwen who worked vigorously in the office. What started with hard work and determination became a livelihood for three generations.
His son, Kevin Patterson, has since taken the reins, devoting his life to carrying this company forward alongside his wife Jackie Patterson, and children. Together, they continue the work with the same integrity, dedication, and pride that our founder lived by every day.
This company has always been more than construction. It’s been early mornings, long days, calloused hands, family dinners spent talking through jobs, equipment, and the work ahead, and a deep respect for honest labor. It’s a legacy built on love, loyalty, and doing things the right way.
We will forever honor him—not just in what we build, but in how we build it.
