At Shelby Cold Storage in Amarillo, Texas, the aging TPO membrane had failed seams, punctures and years of weathering across the office, production and refrigerated storage sections.

Instead of a full tear-off, our crew repaired every compromised seam and puncture, then applied a silicone restoration coating to seal the roof and boost reflectivity. Zero fasteners went through the production decks, keeping the v***r barrier intact.
