Do you want raccoons in your fireplace? I don’t think anybody does, but unfortunately it’s one of the animals that likes to find their way in if there is no cap installed. Normally it’s the mommas looking for a safe place for her and her babies! Give us a call to make sure you have a cap and it’s secured so this doesn’t happen to you! I know with these insane HOT temperatures we are having right now, nobody is thinking about their fireplaces, but summer is the ideal time to get them checked and cleaned! I’m SO glad this snow is melting so we can FINALLY get to all the scheduled sweeps and repairs! The roofs with ice and snow just aren’t safe to be on! With that being said, we will start cleaning again tomorrow 1/29/26 but, we will start with last Friday’s scheduled customers we couldn’t get to!
