Some of our favorite features of the DC Builder home aren't confined to a single room—they shape the way the entire home is experienced.

The home was designed around the backyard, with the elevated pool and landscape becoming part of the experience from the moment you walk through the front door.
Reclaimed doors bring another layer of intention to the design. Each one adds character and history, becoming a statement within the architecture rather than simply a functional element.
And throughout the house, expansive windows were positioned to bring in natural light while framing views of the backyard from nearly every space.
