This Labor Day early morning, was filled with the most amazing scents of baking bread! I had requests for Double Chocolate S'more and Cheddar, Garlic and Jalapeño Sourdough. They turned out gorgeous and delicious! I have 2 loaves of the Cheddar Jalapeño left. They are $12 each if anyone is interested!

The house is smelling like Fall right now! I baked some Sourdough Apple Spice Bread this morning. It was made with fresh Honey Crisp Apple Cider, Dehydrated Granny Smith Apples and Apple Pie Spices. Its flavorful, not overly sweet and has a great chew. Want to really have ALL the Apple flavor? Put some of our homemade Apple Butter on it! Sooooo good! I have 3 loaves available at $12 a loaf. Yeehaw Candied Jalapeños, Extra Spicy Candied Jalapeños and Sweet Chili Sauce were made last week! The longer they sit, the better they get! Good morning, y'all! Where are my Pepperheads at?? This week in the kitchen, I am busy making my spicy Yeehaw Candied Jalapeños. If you've never tried them, you are surely missing out! They are sweet, crunchy, have a kick and are the perfect addition to burgers, nachos, Conecuh dogs or just snacking straight from the jar! If youd like to order a jar or more, send us a message. What a way to bring in this 250th Independence Day by baking 5 1/2 dozen Blueberry Crumble Muffins! They are fluffy, crumble crunchy, and made with sourdough so they are gut friendly! If you'd like to some take to your 4th of July event today, let me know! Todays special only - 6 for $6!

I also have 2 mini loaves of plain banana and 1 mini loaf of banana nut bread for $5 each. They were fresh baked yesterday! If you want a bigger loaf of Banana Nut Bread, I have 1 left for $10.

Its been a busy weekend in this Peacocks kitchen! We harvested lots of produce (added a box of canning tomatoes from Allegri Farm Market) and have a huge batch of our Run thru the Garden Marinara processing. I made a small batch of Refrigerator Sweet Relish and baked some Chocolate S'more Sourdough Bread, Cheddar Cheese Sourdough Bread and Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough Bread! Right now, we are in peak season for canning and freezing crops. My Husband and I make a great team and are able to get everything done together. Let us know if youd like to order Sourdough Bread, our Marinara or other goodies! 💜💙

Good morning, y'all! Did you know that we loveeeee 4 legged furbabies? I got an order for my dog biscuits and I know one pup that is over the moon excited for any extras or crumbs! Current flavors are -

1. Pumpkin, Apple and Oats made with Chicken Bone Stock
2. Carrots, Sorghum and Flaxseed made with Beef Bone Stock

Each bag is $8.00 and there are between 12 and 15 bones per bag! Reach out if you would like some tasty goodies for your precious furbaby.

The Pickles are done! I was able to do 17 pints of Kosher Dill Pickles, some with and some without garlic. I also did 19 pints of Zesty Dill Pickles and 4 pints of Pickled Onions. Pickles and Onions are $8 a pint. Reach out if youd like a jar (or more)!
