Replaced an existing exhaust fan.Relocated the gfci outlet on the right side of the vanity as well as added a second one...

Replaced an existing exhaust fan.
Relocated the gfci outlet on the right side of the vanity as well as added a second one on the left.
Replaced 4 toggle switches with 4 new rocker switches.
Removed the old existing lighting.
Cut open and framed in an opening to allow us to do a flush mount with the new lighted mirror/medicine cabinet.
Then we patched and finished the drywall for a smooth finish to allow the customer to prime and paint once its al dry.

Just finished up a 12x20 freestanding deck.We also installed 124' feet of black aluminum fencing with one 4' gate.

This 6'' dog ear privacy fence is a total of 331' long with a single 5' gate. Took 2 days to set all the post and hang the 2x4s. Then 1 10 hr day with 2 of us to hang the pickets build the gate and do a final good clean up. I always take the leaf blower to the yard when finished to get all the loose dirt and and stones out of it as well plus it helps to stand the grass back up after being walked on and ran over with the machine

Tore this deck down to the post and beams. Replaced one section of the beam. Then replaced all the joist and framing installed all new decking boards and installed a new modern updated railing with black aluminum balusters as the customer requested.
