Construction AP/AR Systems Specialist

SET, Inc and SUSCO, LLC are growing, and we’re looking for someone early in their accounting career who is ready for the next step.

We are hiring a Construction AP/AR Systems Specialist to support our accounting operations as we continue to grow and modernize our systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of accounting, AP/AR, billing, finance support, or office accounting experience who wants to grow beyond basic data entry.

In this role, you’ll support accounts payable, accounts receivable, construction billing, job costing, customer invoicing, payment follow-up, documentation, and system-based workflows.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Early in their accounting career and ready to grow
✔ Experienced with AP, AR, billing, or accounting support
✔ Highly comfortable with computers and technology
✔ Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable learning new software and systems
✔ Interested in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI, and process improvement
✔ Willing to ask questions, take ownership, and keep learning
✔ Excited to grow with a company that is building for the future

Construction accounting, Foundation Software, hh2, SharePoint, or systems experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the drive to grow into the role.

This is a full-time, office-based position supporting a growing heavy highway construction company.
